About Artist - Rishu Gosain Roy, a passionate artist has been drawing inspirations from nature. Her ability to freeze a moment on a canvas with her imagination, creativity and use of bright & bold colors has been gaining popularity among people who realize how beautiful the world is, if we just pause for a moment in our busy lives to admire, what the world has provided us. The presentation of her work to the then President of India, Mr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam is a highlight of her art journey. Her works, which include a mix of Realism, Impressionism, Op art, Abstract art and contemporary style are inspired by what she sees and reflects. She loves to capture a moment on a canvas and paint it with the use of bright and bold colors that both delight and enchant the viewer. She always found painting close to her Heart right from her early childhood. Her passion to understand different art forms made her pursue Masters’ degree in both Fine Arts and History of Art. She has been practicing and teaching for over 15 years but is still excited as a kid about each canvas that she paints.
